Project overview
The Shun Hing factory is a mid-scale industrial steel building currently being delivered by HP Steel as a full EPC steel structure contractor. Using 285 tons of structural steel, the project highlights HP Steel's ability to execute compact-scale works with the same quality and schedule discipline applied to larger projects. The project is in progress and scheduled for handover in August 2026.
HP Steel's scope of work
HP Steel handles the complete design – fabrication – erection – completion value chain: structural engineering design, structural steel fabrication at our My Phuoc 3 facility in Binh Duong, on-site steel structure erection, and finishing. On a mid-scale project, this single-point turnkey model shortens coordination time, accelerates the fabrication-to-erection cycle, and gives the owner one accountable partner from start to finish.
Solution & quality standards
All 285 tons of steelwork for the Shun Hing factory are produced under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system with welding processes meeting EN ISO 3834-2, ensuring high precision for this pre-engineered steel building. At this scale, fabrication accuracy and tolerance control are especially critical so members fit quickly during erection — every stage from drawing interpretation and material-cutting optimization to welding, painting and QA/QC is controlled end to end.
Progress & delivery commitment
