Project overview
The Howel factory is one of the large-scale industrial steel buildings currently being delivered by HP Steel as a full EPC steel structure contractor. Using 1,560 tons of structural steel, the project showcases HP Steel's integrated production and schedule-management capability for industrial works in active construction. The project is in progress and scheduled for handover in November 2026.
HP Steel's scope of work
HP Steel handles the complete design – fabrication – erection – completion value chain: structural engineering design, structural steel fabrication at our My Phuoc 3 facility in Binh Duong, on-site steel structure erection, and finishing. This single-point turnkey model reduces coordination risk between contractors and tightens control over the overall timeline — a decisive factor for a project running toward a fixed delivery milestone.
Solution & quality standards
All steelwork for the Howel factory is produced under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system with welding processes meeting EN ISO 3834-2, ensuring precision and durability for this industrial-scale pre-engineered steel building. End-to-end control — from drawing interpretation and material-cutting optimization to fabrication, welding, painting and QA/QC — keeps all 1,560 tons of steel at standard quality and ready for on-site erection.
Progress & delivery commitment
The project is currently under execution, with volume and schedule managed closely to ensure handover on the November 2026 milestone. The ability to deliver against committed timelines continues to affirm HP Steel's position as a trusted steel fabrication company for large-scale industrial projects.
