From June 21 to 23, 2026, the HP Steel team, together with the wider Hung Phuoc Corp family, set out on the "Hung Phuoc 18 – Growing Together" team building journey in the coastal city of Nha Trang — three days of discovery, games, bonding and a memorable Gala Dinner.
Departing at night, off to a lively start
The journey began late at night, as a long convoy rolled out of the HP Steel factory toward Nha Trang, carrying excitement for the three days ahead.
A day of discovery: cable car, islands and a sea water park
Arriving in Nha Trang, the team opened with the spectacular over-sea cable car, then immersed themselves in the amusement park.
The team boarded boats to the islands over the turquoise water of Nha Trang Bay and let loose at a floating sea water park — slides, rafts and refreshing swims.
Between activities came warm shared meals and moments of rest at the hotel — time to enjoy and recharge together.
Team Building 2026: bursting energy by the sea
The highlight was the Team Building 2026 program on the beach, opening with a lively warm-up and a high-spirited starting signal.
A series of games and team challenges followed — fill-the-pipe, water-pipe relays, lime-passing and a thrilling raft race at sea — bringing coordination to its peak.
The lively morning closed with the whole team together and an aerial "HP18" formation on the beach — a memorable mark of the journey.
Hung Phuoc 18 Gala Dinner: bonding, performances and awards
In the evening, the journey peaked with the Hung Phuoc 18 Gala Dinner – "Together We Grow, We Go Far", gathering members across the Hung Phuoc Corp ecosystem with a bright stage, fun photo corners and homegrown performances.
The night's highlight was the Team Building 2026 awards and a lucky draw with valuable prizes — from TVs and laptops to an electric motorbike. The lucky-draw segment was proudly sponsored by partner Lucky Steel Buildings.
